The small apartment-complex "Residencial Jardín La Punta" was built above the beach of Hermigua. Its fifteen apartments nestle to the slope and fit in well with the surrounding terraced landscape.

The centre of the village Hermigua is at fifteen minutes walking distance, the beach is five minutes away. The best restaurant of Hermigua "Restaurante El Silbo" is only 300 metres away.
